Because in this match I think India Women's Team is much stronger than Ireland Women's Team, at any time India Women's Team can win their team by performing strongly in both bowling and batting.
However, I want to bet on India Women's Team based on my experience in this match, India Women's Team usually performs best in ODI matches.
Ireland Women will be playing their first ODI match today against the India Women at Rajkot. I am not sure the current Ireland women form if it got better but previously they lost to Bangladesh Women team in November 2024. They lost all the three matches against them.
Now coming to the Indian batting , they have beaten West Indies women in the last three ODI in December 2024 and that was not far away. I think they will continue their winning streak as I don’t think that Ireland Women are capable enough to have a close match with Indian team.
Gaby Lewis need to carry on her innings if Ireland are to make any decent score. She is the captain and also maybe the only set batsmen left in the team. She has made 33 runs and batting. Sarah Forbes unable to make any good runs and so was Una Raymond-Hoey and Orla Prendergast out cheaply. Gaby Lewis need to bat throughout the innings and also she will want other players stay with her and not lose wickets. This match isn’t going to be easy for Ireland women team.
