Please activate my withdraw option now. It is still suspended. I just verified my basic + advanced verification like requested as you can see. I am just going to guess that it is a bug and you can fix it quick. You told me clearly once I make the verification I'll be able to withdraw. So please enable my withdraw option asap.

Once you've successfully clear your KYC, all we can do now is wait for the casino [or the game provider] to finish with what they look for. You can rest assured if you did nothing wrong and everything is accordingly, no multi-acc, no bug exploitation, no accessing from restricted teritory [which... so far, I think we can safely assume this point is
not the case], they'll restore every feature of your account back to normal and you can withdraw.
Probably a tad bit of patience will be needed here.
