It's all terrible. But I have a question, it's happened more than once, why didn't they do anything to protect it? After all, it was possible to make moats (channels) with water around such settlements, concrete barriers or something else.
Government told the people that they were protecting things. But government didn't even have enough water stored up. Then they withheld what little they had... BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL THE LANDS FROM THE PEOPLE, AND KILL AS MANY PEOPLE AS THEY CAN.
