Full on scam site. Won't process withdrawal request despite completing 90x(b+d) turnover and passing KYC (recall that they falsely claim in the 1st post of the thread you don't even need to do KYC if you use cryptocurrency to withdraw). This is all documented and shown in the screen shot below:
