I completed the KYC process and I completed the 90x bonus+deposit wagering requirements (I figured I might as well try since the money was lost anyway, if I didn't complete them). When I tried to withdraw, the system says I need to do KYC. I have e-mail confirmation that my account passed KYC and was verified. This is all documented in the screenshot linked below.
