Arsenal's problem is the same this season. I would say that if Arsenal management wants to dominate the Premier League, they should spend more money. Add more talented players to the squad. Otherwise, it will not be possible for Arsenal to win the Premier League title.
I don't know about you, but for me Arsenal has a very strong squad and that's why they have been competitive for at least three seasons now, they have a strong squad just like City, Liverpool, Chelsea and United. The reason why Arsenal failed to win the title in the last two seasons is because they were competing with a winning machine in City, and the reason why they won't win it this season is because Liverpool are impeccable this season.
I agree with both of you, arsenal squad looks strong but also weak in the championship race, their mentality and consistency is often disturbed when they must to face crucial matches, indeed the main squad of arsenal is relatively strong at the moment and even on the 3 last seasons, but do you not realise that the depth of the squad they have is quite bad actually?. Just look at how the reserves they have at the moment are not able to keep the arsenal squad stable when their main players are injured, Saliba previous injuries and absences have made their defence bad if you remember after the previous match against Bournemouth, if later Declan Rice is absent or injured, do they have another CM or DM equivalent to him?
Then we see now how poor their attacking effectiveness is after Saka injury, and even the reserves are not able to perform and contribute as well as Saka when playing.
