With the growing number of both online and land-based casinos over the years and their market capitalization reaching $540 billion dollars+, it is expected to double the number in the next 4 years, according to The Business Research

Now my question is, who are the ones generating the most revenue for the gambling industry and its owners, the people who gamble only for fun or those who gamble both for fun and for profit, all the rising population of gambling addicts?

I'm just asking out of curiosity to know if there are fewer gambling addicts in the industry; will we still be seeing the kind of massive numbers of new casinos emerging every now and then, or will the old and reputable ones just upgrade to suit the demand of the customers?

I believe it must be the government who are making the most out of the gambling industry.
A single gambling casino owner only gets the profit from his own casinos but the government gets a share from all the caisnos.
So I guess it must be the government and then after that it must be the owners of the casinos.
