For me, when I tried to open the website, it didn't even load at first, but reloading it a few times, it worked. However, I believe it had something to do with my internet connection, maybe or maybe not. I'm using Chrome, by the way.
I don't think it's an issue on your end because I faced a similar issue recently and knew right away that it was an issue on their end since all other sites were loading quickly with zero issues.
Seems to have completely resolved for now, but they need to minimize such major issues since they are still in the infancy stage.
