Barcelona could acquire Rashford through a loan scheme, but they most likely won't be able to pay his full salary due to their financial crisis. This move would further complicate their financial situation, and they should prioritize registering Dani Olmo in La Liga first, as that is much more important at the moment. PSG, AC Milan, and Juventus would certainly want to take advantage of the situation to reach an agreement, but it's clear that Manchester United is only willing to release Rashford on loan without covering half of his salary.
I'm more confident that Rashford will join PSG, as the Ligue 1 side is financially more prepared than all other interested parties.
