Our payday from Betpanda signature campaign will be in a few days (Tuesday here in our country), so I guess I will try to add some through that money and try to compete with these "LUCKY" gamblers. I said lucky because... they're lucky enough to get a high multiplier. Those who got a high multiplier already will not be lucky for the whole month of January.
I also had the same problem just yesterday, but I went with a different route.
Instead of contacting the customer support, I just created another account. Still, this is a small problem that Betpanda must solve, since there are many like me who often forgets their passwords. It's a good thing though that their customer support is there to guide their customers.
