I would probably do the same as what you suggest. But there will be some thoughts about it that rather than selling at totally not good and considerable amount and lesser profit.
I'd rather take the loss and deal with it and forget about it. I don't know about other people but maybe that's one thing that they are thinking of instead of getting something still out of it.
But it's a good choice to sell to get still some remembrance even the lowest to just liquidate it.
I think it is abundantly clear that the token trend is towards 0, however much they may have some spikes as recently but they are clearly a dead cat bounce.
Despite that, there's still a huge volume on it. The trend is going down and it's still listed on huge exchanges so maybe someone who holds a lot of it is considering those factors.
So, to each his own with what he does with his money but in this case I agree with you both, if I were in that situation I would choose option 2.
Better to get something than nothing.
But as you've said, yeah, to each their own and that's their money to decide for and hopefully whichever they choose, they'd happy to choose it.
