Dortmund conceded a goal in the first minute of the match. Within 20 minutes, Dortmund was trailing 3-1. Leverkusen took the lead very quickly. After leading 3-1 at the end of the first half, Leverkusen's players played defensively in the second half. And in the end, the team was able to win 3-2.
