Next week, we have a test series between Pakistan and West Indies coming up. This is going to be one of the most irrelevant bilateral series, as both the teams are currently at the bottom of the points table in ICC World Test Championship. West Indies is at the rock bottom, while Pakistan is one rank above them. And talking about the momentum, Pakistan has won two of their last 5 matches, while West Indies have won one out of their last 5.
Man I don't think any series is irrelevant because ICC have to complete their procedures for WTC just because of this now these two last series first Pakistan vs West Indies and then Sri Lanka vs Australia are going to be played.
ICC needs to have good check on their system if they want to have less irrelevant series like these but nothing positive happening and cricket is losing its charisma specially in test format which is going down badly as mentioned above in few posts they needed to be had 2 tiers.
If someone from these authorities able to work on this surely cricket will be having some good development and fans will be also able to watch good entertaining cricket 8 teams in 1 tier and 6 into 2 tier is not bad idea.
