A lot people just using inside the info nowdays to make money
It is common knowledge that insiders are the source of everything and can be profitable for ordinary people, this does not only happen from the economic sector, in terms of getting a job there is also a real reason that insiders play an active role in meeting their needs.
This is indeed the case in today's era, where someone has power, they prioritize their relatives to organize strategies to gain more economy, that's the way we often see nowadays, many rulers distribute projects to generate more economic value, insiders are really annoying.
That's unfortunately true, most of the big whales are connected to each other, and even if they do not have inside information about the company or product or whatever they are investing into, they just have inside information of each other, they make moves together, they buy together and sell together. So take bitcoin for example, there is no "inside" in bitcoin because there is no central figure, but if bunch of whales worth billions talk to each other and decided to buy all at the same time, they could pump it, making profit even before they end up finishing their buying.
Or maybe they want to sell, they could talk together and arrange it in a way where they could sell but also short it at the same time and make money that way as well. As you can see, insider trading isn't just about having information about the thing or within it, just trading together is also a very big deal and that is causing a lot of people to lose money because of those whales as well.
