It's also true for we as humans being because we should be always be careful of the association that we find ourselves self because any association that is not impacting into you should be stopped because I am of the view that in this year that we have found ourselves if we are to make serious progress economically and others wise then take a careful evaluation of those around you and make changes if necessary
One's economic situation is determined by the association that they keep. It is determined by the association that they choose not change.
It is even better you stay alone than stay in a wrong association. And this are association of people who do not share opportunities with you. These are associations of people who only remember you when they need something from you. There may be some reasons why you cannot find this economic and financial uplifting associations, you can create one yourself.
Read books. Attend events that gives you the opportunity to network with other people in your field. Offer to help someone who is in a higher economic standing than do and do it for free.
