Liton Das played his part well by scoring 73 runs on 43 balls, if you see his strike rate it was 169 which is quite good. Munim Shahriar inning was slow in context of T20, he scored 52 runs on 47 balls with strike rate of 110. If Munim Shahriar had also played with strike rate of 150 then Dhaka would have given a target of over 200 runs.
Also Dhaka bowlers were not able to restrict Sylhet batsmen from scoring runs thats also one reason of Dhaka defeat. Zakir Hasan was extra ordinary with bat as he scored 58 runs on 27 balls.
