This insider info is also in my opinion a case that has been quite frequent and has happened a lot in my country especially in terms of work but besides that in other things this usually applies. In my country sometimes those who can easily enter a company are those who do have insiders, this makes the number of unemployed increase all the time, even though many have tried to enter the company by submitting applications but that does not guarantee that they can join the company.
This is quite annoying because I have experienced this myself, where I was busy preparing myself and the application files that I submitted by spending capital but the results were nil, unlike my friend who did have an insider without any hassle he could immediately join the company I wanted.
