What you stated is not bad but something very crucial is missing which is knowledge or experience.
Without having a capital knowledge of a business is very difficult succeeding in it. Knowledge is power, it make you aware of all you need to put in place to grow that business.
Operating without knowledge or experience is like operating without a solid business foundation.
I quite understand what you mean, because I also often see most business people who really need knowledge and interesting experiences from other business people. Because money capital alone will certainly not be enough to run a business because money is a tool that can be quickly spent and is always difficult to bring back if someone does not have so much knowledge and experience in that matter.
