No one can trust any centralized service that asks for KYC, even if they don’t sell it on the dark web, it can be handed over to the government upon request, it has already happened before, so you can’t red flag Cryptomus because of that
Also, an inside and back job by whoever holds the database can do something with what they hold and see, and that's our data. And it's true that it can happen to every other service that's also in this business but we'll see the ones that have integrity from the management.

As long as it's a centralized service, it's always possible. May seem bitter but it's the reality.
Yes, that's the truth and sad reality on this space and even in the banking sector.

I was able to log in successfully. This is an old phone that I've used and it seem worked well. So, it if it worked for me, it should work now for you.

I was able to figure out the cause of this problem, but it's still weird. The password was indeed correct, but the combination I used was kind of messy. Furthermore, with the correct password, I can log in to the web version but not the Android version. I guess I'll have to change the password to a less messy one to make it work, but I don't want to freeze my funds at this moment, because resetting the password will freeze them for a day or two.

The grey part becomes white if I use the correct format, for example, Abcd@@1234 (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols).
That's also what I have noticed. It seems that by typing the password incorrectly or with some certain number of characters, it will remain greyed out.
