The quoted post is still saying same thing as you, which is the most inconsistent team is actually Arsenal, I think no one will actually argue this, because Arsenal were tittle contenders last two seasons and last season so this season they were actually the favourites that most bookmakers and pundits we’re rooting for should Manchester City let the title slip away. With Manchester city now having lots of problems this season I think many people still think Arsenal will be on top but they are here looking like a club fighting for top four.
As for Chelsea yes they have been inconsistent regarding how they started the season but was anyone expecting them to even be in the top four at the moment I don’t think so because even the manager Enzo Maresca said the club didn’t ask for top four this season
