Yes, you can use the reverse procedure to withdraw and get Bitcoin on-chain. For personal Lightning wallets, we highly recommend using the ACINQ Phoenix Wallet. Additionally, you can explore other supported wallets here: Supported Wallets.
Thanks for posting recommendations, I will test how Phoenix wallet works on smartphone, but I want to have something good for my computer.
I am already using electrum wallet and I see there is option for lightning wallet, can I use it without running my own node?

Yes, you can use Electrum for deposits and withdrawals on LN Roulette without running your own node. It's a reliable choice for managing your Bitcoin transactions.

However, Electrum does not support LNURL-auth, which is required for logging in and accessing certain features on our platform. For full functionality, including LNURL-auth, we recommend using a wallet that supports this feature, such as the ACINQ Phoenix Wallet. Phoenix offers a seamless experience for mobile users, making it easier to interact with LN Roulette without the need to run your own node.
