When you say "under Trump's tenure" you're talking about his first tenure, right?
If that's what you mean then you should know that Trump's first tenure was not pro-bitcoin in his first tenure. In fact, he was openly anti-bitcoin. He made statements and tweets about it that are still up till this day.
He just turned around and because an advocate for bitcoin when it was time for his second tenure campaign.
But we can be sure that he has really changed his views on bitcoin and cryptocurrencies during this term. Although he is not too excited about bitcoin and considers bitcoin as a cult to worship or he will spend most of his time as president on bitcoin as many are dreaming. But under him, we will have a government that is more friendly to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies than the previous administration.
Also, "adoption of bitcoin" in what sense?
I don't see how else the US government wants to adopt bitcoin. They will definitely not make it legal tender and they may not even agree to set up a bitcoin reserve in Trump's second term. These are things that take so much time.
The best ill see it a little bit less strict policies on bitcoin-related transactions, companies and business and i doubt something like that is significant enough to do much to an economy.
There will be no legal tender or bitcoin reserves under his tenure. This is just a fantasy of some people but as I said, we will have a more friendly and open policy towards cryptocurrencies, this is almost certain.
