Yes, now I logged in to my account and there is a navigation bar (without login, there isn't). User experience is great, it's nice to gamble on Chips because it feels very comfortable (similarly to how it feels comfortable to be in your designed room).
But to be honest, I think that it will be better to have navigation bar for unlogged members. From my experience, it was a little strange when I visited chips and it was only a landing page and no navigation but you know it better, if it's proven that this experience is better than what I prefer, of course nevermind about it because I'm not a professional designer, it's just my honest, personal opinion.
