West Indies is still decent in limited overs cricket, but in test format they have been horrible for quite some time. At least on this regard, I would rate Pakistan above West Indies. But then, Pakistan has been in horrible form recently. Their bowlers used to perform well, especially Shaheen Shah and Naseem Shah. But now, both of them have lost their form and this has really impacted their performance negatively. Also, they don't have the momentum. They lost both the test matches to South Africa quite badly.
