Nope, you can not import wallet.dat into Electrum. The latter allows the import of private key but to get it from wallet.dat file you need to open it with Bitcoin Core first and then, extract it via relevant console command providing pertaining password ^{in the case when the file is encrypted}.

Thus, as I already said, you story is nothing more than fairy tail.
