Uhm, shouldn't you identify what this "crafted, personalized, and distinctive" aspect of this casino of yours? After that it's just a matter of hiring the people to develop the casino and/or adding game operators in your casino for the respective games that you're going to service. I don't think you should do the developing part yourself, there's waaay more people out there that can help you (by you paying them) with that, possibly faster too as well.
