Rangpur Riders are at the top of the points table with a total of 14 points after winning seven matches. Quite the opposite is the case with Dhaka Capital especially as they are at the bottom of the points table with just one win in seven matches. For Rangpur Riders it is very easy to qualify, but for Dhaka Capitals it is very difficult to qualify and in some cases it is not possible. If Dhaka Capitals can win all five matches after losing by a big margin, then Dhaka Capitals may have a chance, but is that possible?
Before this season started, I thought that Dhaka Capitals were one of the favorites to lift the trophy. Look where they are now. For me, they seemed to be one of the well balanced sides. They had explosive batsmen such as Litton Das and Tanzid Hasan, and then some of the most lethal bowlers in the league such as Mustafizur Rahman. But for some reason, things didn't went their way this time. No matter how hard they try now, it is impossible to reach the knockout phase. This season is all but over for them.
