Prize from bitcoin price prediction contest already credited to my account. Played the whole balance because we I’m trying to withdraw the prize I got an error saying I need to make deposits at least once.. I ended upon losing all the prize playing slots since I dont have extra crypto to deposit that time for as I able to withdraw it. My balance was in TRX and when im trying to withdraw it the fee is quite expensive with 10TRX (comparing to other online casino). Thanks anyway for the experience playing on this online casino —the prize was no wagering requirement but you have to make deposit..

I’m not sure if we can consider as deposit is it because the prize is all claimed via notification with cash reload.
Like many cases happened to me evertime my withdrawal is being cancelled or not being process I ended it up losing all.
I’m contact with the support now as you said, they will take a look with this matter. I’m not expecting for compensation but I will surely appreciate it. lol
Hopefully those other winners give some feedback about the prize..
