Fires, earthquakes and natural disasters still occur in many parts of the world, but they have never been considered risks in the real estate business because such incidents are so rare. We cannot take advantage and rely on this accident and say that investing in cryptocurrencies is safer than real estate, and people will abandon real estate to invest in bitcoin.

Real estate will always be the safest and best investment, and it will never go out of style because the demand for it is always the greatest. It won't become less attractive just because of the fire in Log Angeles.
The biggest barrier to real estate is that if someone wants to own or invest in it, it requires a huge amount of capital and not many people can do that.
That's just an analogy for people who say that investing in bitcoin is very risky and maybe in this world there is no place that is really safe in terms of placing money, as well as earthquakes, fires and natural disasters that occur. Property does not provide quick returns like bitcoin and maybe not everyone can invest in that sector if they don't have money, so bitcoin is far superior because it can be used by anyone by relying on small money.

People are looking for something that can be invested using relatively small money and bitcoin provides that opportunity for anyone. Property also has a selling value in urban areas but when we build it in a village it will not be needed because people cannot afford to buy it. In terms of convenience and advantages, bitcoin is far superior to property even though people say it is quite risky.
