Wow, i actually missed allot in this thread, i was seriously ill that i was not strong to continue with this push-ups challenge but right now I'm back to my fit to continue pushing and also to be consistent with this push-ups challenge and happy new to you all.

Mostly welcomed dear @PODOSIKY. Sincerely, it's good you took a break for a while. We can't work work with the ill health, else, your body may detoriate and become worse. Taking a break is not bad. But it's a good thing you are back now. And you have come back to the push up challenge. I will advise you don't stress yourself too much, knowing that you are still recovering. Take it bit by bit, maybe a little push up day by day, with time and consistency, you will get stronger and certainly increase your push ups.. weldon
