Seriously, Enzo Maresca will have to work on Chelsea's performance. Chelsea were able to get a win in the first leg of the match. I don’t know why they struggle to play a draw this time around, let’s just see how Chelsea will perform in their subsequent matches.
He already did great things for Chelsea in this season and time like this is helpful for him and his players, to realize their own weakness in player skills, tactical operation of the squad, and weak positions for improvement in training sessions and transfer market next summer.
Basically they have so many players that the right combination just ended up being good enough lol. They have literally 40+ players, some literally not registered, how could a team at that size be this careless about it is beyond me, some players in that club, worth 5-10 or more millions of euros if sold, do not get registered at all ,they could make AT LEAST 50+ million from selling the players they are not even allowed to play.
So when you have that many, you just end up putting the best ones out and that results with a good position. Last season and this season difference is also the manager, they changed managers and the new one is making them play pretty well too. I am not saying that is going to be that tough, but there is really nothing that could be all that complicated. We need to realize that things could be different so we need to be realizing how this isn't just players but also the management that made the team much better this season.
