Are you seriously copy-pasting the post that you quoted? There's no way you browse to this nearly 2 month-old thread to bump it with this. Judging from your post history it doesn't seem like you're a bot so I assume something is lost when you posted your reply.
To me, their VPN-friendly campaign and seeing this in their terms and conditions seem contradictory.
I'm not familiar with all casino ToS but I do recall seeing two new casinos that claim to be VPN-friendly in the last few months or so having no restriction. That being said, they will still block or investigate your account for malicious activity and it's unknown if their algorithm will easily trigger false positive or not.
