How do you view the impact of cash-out options in sportsbooks? Does it increase your interest in gambling or discourage it?
We’ve been discussing cash-out options, and most of the responses highlight its positive aspects, such as the ability to secure a guaranteed win even before the game ends. But what about its overall effect on us as gamblers? How does it influence our approach to betting?
I don't know what others think or are saying, but personally, I dont see any effect (positive or negative) cashout option has on gamblers, the reason being that it's not mandatory to make use of the cash out option, those who are interested in taking advantage of it when the opportunity arises simply stay online all through that time the game they bet on is being played, while those who have no interest in it simply can go about their business and come back later to see if they won their bet or lost it.
To be more fair though, I would on the other hand say that it's a good thing we have the cashout, atleast, it's a positive feature for as many that have used it to their advantage in previous times, but for other who simply have no interest in it, it has no negative or positive effect.
