Most casinos will allow you to keep gambling with them as long as you lose money, but if you were to get lucky and won a substantial amount, you can be sure your account will be closed on the grounds that you have broken their TOS, and you will not be able to do anything about it as it is true, so if a person thinks they need to use a VPN to gamble at a casino in which this practice is forbidden, they need to reconsider as the consequences can be grave.

This is correct. Not only because they are benefiting with your losses but also become it’s illegal for them to release money on user playing from restricted country since they will violate their own ToS and might face legal issue by allowing to play restricted players.

Same scenario when US players trying to access services while their country has law that restricted them. Services that accept them face legal issue from US government since there’s an evidence which is the transaction between players and service.

This is the reason why casino doesn’t allowed withdrawal from restricted country while allowed only deposit since ethe transaction is only one way.
