we know that this is still an issue on whale.io, and some time ago they have fixed some things and i am sure that they have thought about this now and are working behind the scenes preparing everything for a better user experience. we just need to be patient waiting for the next update from whale.io, because from what i know they have launched a review campaign here, and the input from many users should give them an idea of what they need to work on.
