Although I just want to add that some time it is not individual's fault entirely. There are deep-rooted social barriers to individual's overall development. This is particularly true for some parts of the world where an individual has devoted so much time just following oppressive structures which resulting in hampering his ability to think big.
It is not easy to get out of that trap.
Well it's also important to have self development in a community that is so competitive, people should learn how to live by the standard of every community such as putting their best knowledge to understand how the forum works. I don't really see those that are so dolent about whatever thing they are stepping into as theat to them due their lack of experience or knowledge towards the community were they would want something as a form of compensations to their start-up package. Most time it's not usually valued because they wouldn't see that important to them rather take it as entitlement that is why I wouldn't for one day values those who takes things as their right or entitlement without putting in their efforts to work hard towards achieving what they they wanted.
