Amad Diallo deserves all the flowers he is getting tonight, rescuing his team and manager from an impending blast of words from fans if this game had not eventually gone in favour of Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag failed to give him much playing time probably because he didn't believe so much in him than he did with Rashford, but I think this premium performance from Amad would be convincing enough for Amorim that Rashford would have to sit much longer on the bench that Amad could have time to bring out more of his talent to the games. With Ruben Amorim it's going to be a new era for no excuses to unproductive players because that's the only way they can get back on to glory days.
This is their first win since beating Manchester City in the Premier League and there are a few changes that Amorim have made to ensure they get the win in this game, even though they are only facing a weak team who have only won one of their Premier League games. Amad Diallo has flourished under Amorim and he lost his place in the Erik Ten Hag era and from the performances he has shown I think Amad Diallo will be a great player if he can maintain his consistency. Because at Manchester United there were also several young players before but in the end they lost their performance because they were unable to maintain quality like Rashford so that in the end he was more often on the bench.
