So, I was casually browsing on the web and saw this hilarious story about Ryhan Serhant(agent) offered to buy 2 bedroom apartment in New York for 50,000 Bitcoin ($13,000,000) for his client on 2015. That's around $260 per Bitcoin on that time.
i wonder how much was the apartment in fiat back then because $13 million is a lot and if the seller did not like that it was in bitcoin he could have just sold it for fiat and would have taken that $13 million now i know whoever is the owner of this apartment as well as with his agent are regretting this opportunity wasted

Now, that 50,000 Bitcoins is now worth $5B ($100k/btc). Yeah, that's a lot now and if that deal went through there will be for sure some holdings left on that seller but it didn't happen and the seller didn't like the idea and the worth of its valuation at that time because the value and the listing price of the apartment should be around $13,950,000 - $14,000,000 compared to the offer of the buyer which was valued less than approx a $1M.
all i can think about is how insane new york apartment prices are

of course we do not know what the seller would have done with the money he got from the apartment and no way of knowing whether he would have even kept holding bitcoin after he gets it for the apartment maybe he will use the money to buy another house or so anyway it is possible that such regret is swimming in the seller's mind right now
