I really don't see anything wrong in mentioning or suggesting users to be selected, I guess you would still say the same if a user selects themselves.
Do not just post, read the whole thread. Or at least you can read all what I have posted on this thread before quoting what I first posted. That is how a thread can be constructive and meaningful than quoting what some just posted after a thread has more than one page.
