This image is a history for Africans, as Amad is the first African to get a hat-trick in Manchester United.
This image is a vindication to Ruben Amorim for benching Marcos Rashford;
If Amad could put such an effort, Rashford was supposed to have 30+ league goals in a season but dudes choose to be lazy.
I am happy for Amad but I am more happy for Amorim for sticking to his style and principles and not distracted by the lazy big boys.

Amorim has to stick with his plan to do whatever that will make his plan work for Manchester United. Because if the team goes bad all the blame will be on him. He will be the one that the medias will criticise and not the players. He made a good decision by keeping Rashford in the bench and today he is reaping the praises for his wise decision. Amorim need to be giving players that are willing to help the club move forward playing time. Players that are hungry for success and want to win titles. Rashford sees himself as an established player who doesn't have labour much anymore. I don't blame Rashford for his nonchalant attitudes in Manchester United team, the only person I have to blame is Ten Hag who treated Rashford as if he was so special.
Nothing Rashford ever did was bad in his sight instead he victimized the wrong players. Now that his saviour is out of Manchester United his wings has been broken. The best thing for him to do is find himself a new club before the close of the transfer window. Because he has no place in Amorim plans.

Marcus Rashford shouldn't be written off like that, Manchester United will be in need of him at one point or another, if Amorim doesn't want to play Marcus Rashford fine it could still be that Rashford could have still have done more better if given regular playing opportunity, comparing him with Amad Diallo is bullshit if Marcus Rashford is not in good form now doesn't mean Amad Diallo is more better than him Marcus Rashford has deliver Manchester United in several game as Manchester United player, Amad Diallo is still coming up and he is doing well as a player also but I think we still need to give him more time before comparing him to Marcus Rashford.
I think the best thing Marcus Rashford can do for him self now is leave the team since Amorim no longer have him in his plan believe me Manchester United will still miss Rashford if he eventually leave Old Trafford.

I also want to say Rashford when he was Amad Diallo's age was much better than Rashford and Marcus Rashford has given several trophies to Man United. So actually it's not good to compare the two, moreover what happened to Marcus Rashford with his declining performance is a very common thing in football. Moreover, the habits of English players, the more mature they are the more selfish and usually English players who are still in their early 30s have played in small clubs, maybe Marcus Rashford will also be sold by Man United.

For now, Amad Diallo fits Amorim's strategy better than Marcus Rashford because there are several striking differences between Amad Diallo and Rashford. Amad Diallo wants to try to press the opponent, not just run casually and then complain and currently Amad Diallo is always a scary specter for opposing defenders and always makes a difference when he is dangerous. Amad Diallo appeared with an epic performance by scoring a hat trick in 12 minutes and bringing Man United to victory with an extraordinary Comeback, of course this will increase self-confidence to be able to continue to be consistent and will increase Amorim's trust in him to continue to be the main choice.
