Twitter is another whole place on its own when you are into crypto, that’s not a place to rely in people’s view about a token, crypto is very wide and many people have different way they view and react to it. Panicking is something that kills motivation for patience to reside in the mind of an holder, it is very difficult to make tangible choices when you’re panicking. The bitcoin dominance is still actively present and I don’t see the need for a shift to the altcoin season now until we see a trend shift in bitcoin which looks uncertain and may not happen anytime soon. When you’re holding an altcoin, having a proper research and a strong conviction is important to hold for the long term and even till the altcoin seaosn. But altcoins are not trustworthy and one cannot fully rely on them to make good profits, some may give you what you need and many may disappoint you.
Twitter used to be something where i read about crypto, and i quite enjoyed it even that was messy then. But these days it's just a dark garbage fire made from influencers, fascists, bots and bullies. I made an account for short time purpose while ago and it's just insufferable place of hate now. Basically no moderation except when something doesn't fit in Elon's narrative.

It's a last place i would rely on advices or research, but i guess it could be used to poll them and use it as an inverse indicator for trading.
