Send a private message to any of the staff or moderators of the forum. Have you tried this?
That works faster than sending an email.
During mid 2024 that was my idea, but unfortunately it was ignored even though the issue I have is serious to me. I only sent to one staff member though, I suppose maybe that is part of the issue? I sent another message via the PMs it's the least I can do.
Maybe you are a newbie rank that time. Sometimes newbies message are auto ignored on some users or they got an option to do that in the settings.
But since you posted here, maybe they try to look on your issue. Surely they will see this post of yours.
