You have a point in saying this dude, I admit it, I often say that I only gamble for fun, but even though my money is limited, I still think sometimes that I might get lucky and win big.

But this is just a passing thought in my mind, because once my limits are exhausted, I actually stop because I'm used to it.
It's okay like that, besides with your limited money it's good and you yourself must be able to limit your own gambling, don't let it be that when the limited money runs out you want to deposit money again to gamble again, when the money runs out you must stop not to gamble again in any way, especially by borrowing money, that's the wrong way. And thinking that sometimes we will be lucky to get a win is a natural thing but what must be considered is not to chase luck that we don't know when it will happen.
Maintain your habits like this, and if you have friends who like to gamble, maybe you can remind your friends not to gamble excessively and can gamble like you do with strictly set limits.

Actually they already know that it is a wrong action but the main problem is that it is difficult for them to make peace with the situation, most of them are controlled by emotions which will continue to drive them to move forward and usually they will only stop when all their money is gone at that time but even running out of money is not the end point for them to stop because not infrequently they also use loans as an alternative to fund their gambling activities so that they can continue to play.
Maybe I can say that one of the reasons why it is often difficult for them to be responsible for all the decisions they have taken is because they only think about winning or are too focused and confident that they will win until in the end there is no doubt at all for them to always act excessively.
