Send a private message to any of the staff or moderators of the forum. Have you tried this?
That works faster than sending an email.
During mid 2024 that was my idea, but unfortunately it was ignored even though the issue I have is serious to me. I only sent to one staff member though, I suppose maybe that is part of the issue? I sent another message via the PMs it's the least I can do.
The issue you have could be very serious to you but to others, especially established members and moderators, it is not serious. So, it will be nice you share your issue publicly in meta if it is not something private. If the moderators are unable to assist, other forum users can.
In this forum, people are not stingy with information and profering solution to peoples problems.
