Just tried it and I get the same notification message, if I have to guess maybe it is due to the terms own by the sportsbook provider used by luckyfriends.
The restriction in this case comes from the sportsbook as the message is not the same.
I think they sould do something about this asap. Their casino restricts players from more than 00 countries
