Yeah, not only this but also my wager (for the VIP level) didn't change for a while now. It's stuck at a certain number left, even though I made countless bets that were over the "minimum" amount necessary. Just to prove my point I made a couple of bets again and still the amount didn't move, while making dice bets of 1.94x. Also a sports bet of 1.91x was made and the number didn't change.
Odd things going on at the moment.
Support is also no help saying: "Okay, I am forwarding the information to the dev team. If something is wrong, it will be fixed as soon as possible." God knows how long this will take.
Edit: Now I have something even more strange. Opened the site in a different browser (to check if the numbers are also off there) and in this browser suddenly my VIP level is lower and there are totally different numbers. It just doesn't end.
Edit 2: Now I logged out and logged back in and my level is suddenly non VIP 0 with 0$ wagered. Makes total sense.
I think there are some technical problems with the site itself. It is very strange that the same account is displayed differently in different browsers. This should definitely not happen. Regarding the non-growing wager - I have the same problem, and this is the reason why I simply stopped playing at this casino until the problem is solved.
I am not a very regular player, so my wager does not grow as fast as in case of some other players. I cannot afford to play for large amounts, and therefore I take every bet quite seriously. And if the wager does not grow, and I lose, then there is no emotional compensation at all. Previously, in case of a loss, I at least knew that I was moving towards a new VIP level. With this new problem, such confidence is no longer there.
