It’s devastating to experience this on crash game but now that you mention it that it’s happening on other games aside from slot games I think do experience this on house blackjack which the game is stuck or has a long waiting time when I hit that sometimes cause me to hit twice because I click the button multiple times during the lag.

Now that you say that, I had this happen to me yesterday as well. I thought I was crazy and said "why the fug would I hit that??" when it suddenly hit on a 19 and of course I lost. It basically hit twice for whatever reason. And this happened more than once in that session. The strange lag paired with the lag of history made me then quite the game, very unpleasant!
The thing mentioned with the VIP level is still ongoing. Shows me at level 0 now (with 0 wager) even though, while making some test bets, I actually level up as well (only level 5
). Anyway, needless to say that I can't claim the level up reward because of the mentioned problem.At least the withdrawal option works without any hiccups.
