As a newbie I'm founding the difficult to 50 push-ups at a straight but i was happy to that i was able to archive 50 push-ups in a different sets 25, 25 and i believe with and my level of consistency in this push-ups challenge thread i will surely improve daily.
As someone who is just new to this push-up challenge, it is not even advisable for you to attempt 50 push-ups at a time because you lack the strength that will help you achieve 50 push-ups at a time. You can attempt to do 15-20 push-ups at a time for some weeks so that it will help you to build up your strength before you can even attempt to do 50 push-ups at a time.
