Test round 1 has ended and we are preparing for the  test round 2.

Main adjustments for the test round 2

1.  Block time adjusted to 30s
2. Block reward 2 msc
3. Fix POS block generation bug
4. Adjust the difficulty algorithm to ensure more accuracy
5. POS startup block height adjusted to 1000
6. The total reward for this round of testing is 50,000 msc (the block height will stop at 25,000)
7. Testing round 1 bug fixes and some function optimizations
