Trash website, They didn't gave me access to Airdrop #2 even tho I wagered 600k$ + asked me to KYC (I sumbitted my documents and they were denied) I messaged the support, they told me someone of the verification team will get to me, well it's been 3 days + and I got 0 contact. Stay away from this site guys, they are shady af.
Really can't tell what the nature of your problem is either if you are not able to make withdrawals from your shuffle account despite such a huge wagered amount of $600k plus on that casino, or if you are not able to pass through verification processes on shuffle, so mate you need to make your point more clear here, although I understand your problem with the casino patterns to a delayed response from the team I believe with your comments here you get the attention of one of their forum representative, so hopefully we read a response from the shuffle on this Case.
